Enjoy an exciting Guided Tomcar Tour of the beautiful Sonoran Desert from New River,Arizona - 25 to 45 miles from most Phoenix/Scottsdale hotels. Guests over 18 years of age can drive these amazing vehicles originally developed for use by the Israeli Defense Forces special operations units!

The Tomcar is an easy-to-drive vehicle, requiring only 10 minutes of instruction. Have fun with its amazing capabilities and comfortable ride. Learn about the Sonoran Desert's cacti and wildlife and visit some of the following attractions: Turquoise mine and Gold mine, Indian Ruin, Ghost Town and River Crossing.

Summary: MINIMUM ORDER IS 2 PERSONS. Tour does NOT include hotel pick-up; tour departs from New River, AZ - approximately 25 miles north of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Child rate applies to children under 12; recommended for ages 5+ only. Please reserve online or call 800-250-1581 for reservations or more information. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Included:

- Guests receive a free bandanna and a single picture CD per group.
- Water and snacks are supplied. There is some room in the cooler if you'd like to bring lunch or soft drinks.

Available:

- Videos are also taken of the tour and may be purchased separately.

Important:

- Tour departs from New River, AZ - 25 to 45 miles from most Phoenix/Scottsdale hotels.
- Hats, sunglasses, closed toe shoes, long pants and sun block are recommended. Don't forget a camera!
- There is some optional, very light hiking and climbing and YOU WILL GET DUSTY.
- Tour is recommended for ages 5+.
- You have a choice of packing your lunch or purchasing a lunch in the town of Crown King.

Customer Orientation:

- Drivers (must be over 18 years of age) will receive training on how to drive the Tomcar. This orientation will cover all aspects of safe Tomcar operation, the clients' responsibilities, local and state laws.

Driver Requirements:

- All drivers must be over 18, and must possess a valid drivers license that qualifies him/her to operate a vehicle in the country of origin. A drivers license issued by any country will be accepted as long as it is valid.

Rental Agreement Form:

- Although multiple guests in your party will be able to drive the Tomcar(s) issued to your party based on your group's size, each of your cars will require a designated member of your party to complete the Tomcar Rental Agreement Form.

Waiver of Liability Form:

- Each member in your party must complete the Tomcar Waiver of Liability Form.

Security Deposits:

- A security deposit of up to $1000.00 will be taken at time of check-in (Authorization Only). Security deposit authorization must be processed via a valid credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
